Basic Idea: use soul barbs and spreading water hexes to cripple the team.

Attributes:
16 water
10 curses
rest energy storage

soul barbs
parasitic bond
water trident
water attunement

...............
and thats where you guys come in

fill in the remaining four spots or just trash my build.
either way, i want it to be stronger, better, faster, taller, fatter, smarter, funny-er, and owner-er

AoE hexes. Blurred Vision. Enfeebling Blood. Rust (OMFGWTFLOL).

I'd drop Trident and Attunement for Prodigy, but that's just me.

I'll do more later. Time to go for LH...

You have to know when to cast what, though. Quite (very) energy heavy.

Why does everyone HATE water trident and Ice spear?
Trident It is cheap, fast casting, low recharge decent dmg
Spear is the same dmg, instant casting, and cheap

Because you have hexes. FoC is much better if you have AoE hexes.

Water Trident = Flare, plus a conditional knockdown of limited value.

Crummy, crummy elite, except for very specialized purposes.
